Product Introduction

The first generation products of energy storage liquid cooling units generally adopt a single cooling+electric heating method, resulting in high energy consumption. At present, Langji is developing the second generation product of liquid cooling units, which is designed for application such as energy storage battery heat dissipation. It is suitable for applications where the internal battery of energy storage containers generates a large amount of heat and the internal equipment is sensitive to environmental temperature. This product is fully functional, integrating upper computer communication, alarm and other functions, with high reliability, simple and convenient installation, and no need for complex debugging.

Liquid-cooled battery energy storage systems provide better protection against thermal runaway than air-cooled systems. Compared with air cooling, liquid cooling has four advantages: lower battery pack temperature, lower operating energy consumption, lower risk of battery thermal runaway, and lower investment costs. The liquid cooling solution can increase the battery life by more than 20% compared with the air cooling solution, reduce the energy consumption by more than 20%, and the battery temperature difference is within 3 degrees Celsius.
